As owners of chinchillas for over two decades we fully understand that adopting an exotic pet can be a costly undertaking. We at Chinchillas Oregon are committed to helping people make ownership affordable as possible as well as ensuring that a chinchilla is the right pet for potential caregivers.
Therefore we've introduced a free foster program.
HOW DOES NO COST FOSTERING WORK?
1.) We ask that you read our caresheet to inform yourself on chinchillas care requirements before contacting us. See our link below.
2.) Fill out a questionaire and submit it.
3.) We will pick out a chinchilla for you based on the information you provide and contact you.
4.) Arrange a meet & greet to determine if the chosen chinchilla is a good fit.
5.) Take your new pet home!
6.) Contact us within 30 days to decide if you would like to permanently adopt your fur-baby.
All fosters come with a two week supply of food, hay, dust, and treats.
